The SS5 Pro is a 5-inch LED pod engineered to deliver focused, usable light at long range. Designed for auxiliary, layered, or modular setups, it gives you control where you need it—without wasted spill, glare, or unnecessary complexity.

Optics That Work

At the core of the SS5 Pro is a custom Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optic. Every lumen from the LED emitter is captured and directed precisely where it matters. The optic also serves as the primary lens, minimizing light loss and glare while maximizing output efficiency. The result is a clean, defined beam that extends further and stays focused.

Beam Patterns for Every Need

Each SS5 beam pattern is engineered with optical simulation for real-world usability:

• Driving – Focused 30° × 20° beam for high-speed forward illumination. Extends reach while keeping the foreground controlled.

• Combo – Combines distance and fill. Central driving optics paired with flood above and below create balanced coverage for versatile use.

• Flood – Wide, even 70° × 55° illumination. Ideal for low-speed navigation, work sites, or campsite lighting.

• Spot – Tightly focused for distance applications. Directs light precisely where it’s needed for maximum reach.

Power and Output

Pro – 90 watts of high-intensity output. Every lumen is directed for usable, efficient light.

Color and Backlighting

Available in white (6000K) or selective yellow (3000K) for contrast and clarity in any environment. Integrated backlighting provides subtle visibility or signaling and fully illuminates the TIR optic. Backlighting is selectable in eight colors when white is chosen. If selective yellow is selected, amber backlighting is standard to maintain visual harmony. Controlled easily through the included harness.

Built for Modular Systems

CrossLink™ compatibility allows you to link up to eight SS5 Pro pods in straight or curved arrays using a single CNC-machined aluminum link. Built-in threaded mounts eliminate the need for special hardware. Snap-on covers protect the lens without affecting design or function.

Every SS5 pod is tested to SAE standards for vibration, temperature extremes, moisture intrusion, and corrosion. Built to perform reliably in the field and engineered to last, keeping your lighting system ready whenever and wherever you need it.
