NOMADYN Spring Kickoff Giveaway

Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Spring Kickoff Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by NOMADYN, located at [insert business address].

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on February 22nd, 2026 and ends on April 5th, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the United States and Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of NOMADYN, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. How to Enter
Participants are eligible to enter by completing the following during the Giveaway Period:

Mandatory Steps for Entry (Required for All Prizes)

  1. Share at least one of NOMADYN’s Spring Kickoff Event reels on Instagram using the hashtag #livelimitlessly.  

  2. Join the Nomadyn Limitless Program by subscribing through the signup form on our website.

  3. Follow NOMADYN on Instagram @nomadynofficial.

Optional Step for Grand Prize Eligibility

  • Make a purchase from NOMADYN’s Shopify store. Only participants who complete this step are eligible for the Grand Prize.

5. Prizes

  • Basic Prizes: [List prizes, e.g., free mounts, discount codes, merchandise].

  • Grand Prize: [Insert grand prize details, e.g., $2,500 lighting package].

All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be provided. NOMADYN reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries using ViralSweep.

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Announcement

  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.

  • Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

  • Prize winners will also be announced on NOMADYN’s Instagram account @nomadynofficial

8. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any liability related to this Giveaway.

9. General Conditions

  • Participation constitutes agreement to these Official Rules.

  • By entering, participants agree to allow NOMADYN to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  • NOMADYN reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, engages in any conduct that could compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, or is otherwise ineligible.

  • This Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

  • NOMADYN is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

  • Void where prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • NOMADYN and its affiliates are not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or other errors.

  • By participating, entrants release and hold harmless NOMADYN, its affiliates, and Instagram from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and communicating promotional offers in accordance with NOMADYN’s Privacy Policy.
