NOMADYN 1-Year Limited Guarantee

We build NOMADYN gear to handle real-world adventure, and we stand behind that.

Our products are covered by a 1-year limited guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use, valid for 1 year from the original purchase date.

This guarantee applies to the original purchaser for products bought directly from NOMADYN or through an authorized NOMADYN retailer.

Exclusions

Adventure is hard on equipment, and some kinds of damage are simply part of use. Our limited guarantee does not cover:

. Accidents, impacts, vehicle collisions, or wildlife encounters.

. Environmental exposure and cosmetic wear such as fading, pitting, road rash, corrosion, or surface discoloration from normal outdoor use.

. Chemical damage from harsh cleaners, solvents, degreasers, aggressive or incompatible car wash products - including high‑pH or acidic detergents that can harm anodized finishes.

. For anodized components, we recommend using only mild, pH‑balanced car wash soap and avoiding aggressive alkaline or acidic cleaners. This helps preserve the finish and prevent damage that isn’t covered by the warranty.

. Damage caused in transit or mishandling by shipping companies.

. Third‑party alterations, customer modifications, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.

. Abuse, misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

. Failure to follow product care, installation, or maintenance instructions.

. Factory seconds, items marked as clearance, or second‑hand purchases.

Apparel and CoverFilm

CoverFilm, decals, and apparel are designed to be used, worn, and exposed to the elements, which means they will naturally show wear over time. Because factors like installation, fit, washing, weather, and sun exposure are outside our control, these items are not covered by the NOMADYN Limited Guarantee.

Once CoverFilm has been installed, or apparel has been worn or tried on, the item is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claim.

Please make sure you’re happy with fit, style, and placement before installation or wear.

. Clear photos showing the issue

Our team reviews every claim to determine whether it falls under the limited guarantee. If it does, we’ll work with you on the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, credit, or another reasonable solution.
