Our Origin Story
Founded in 2020 by Michael Cole, driven by a vision to innovate and challenge traditional design boundaries, Nomadyn's inception marked the beginning of a journey sparked by our founder's aspiration to reimagine, redesign, and revolutionize outdoor adventure. This journey was fuelled further by assembling an exceptional and talented team, united in their commitment to excellence.
Our story began on the icy shores of Lake Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada—a land with harsh, arctic-like winter conditions that became the perfect proving grounds. This region, rich in history and adventure, once hosted the Mercedes-AMG Winter Experience and was the site of the Gimli Glider’s legendary crash-landing, where a former airbase transformed into a racetrack. These echoes of resilience and daring feats fuel our identity and drive our commitment to innovation.
The name "NOMADYN" fuses "Nomad" and "Dynamics." "Nomad" reflects our restless spirit of exploration; "Dynamics" underscores our obsession with motion and innovation. Together, they define us: a force that reimagines adventure.
