Trademarks NOMADYN® and the NOMADYN logo (consisting of the mammoth silhouette graphic element with the wording "NOMADYN" in a stylized font) are registered trademarks of Nomadyn Inc. in the United States under U.S. Trademark Registration No. 8,152,879 (issued February 24, 2026, by the United States Patent and Trademark Office). These marks may also be protected in other jurisdictions.
Product trademarks such as Insight™, Fusion™, Signal™, +Expansion™, Live Limitless™, and the +Product family (e.g., +Signal™, +Air™, +Power™, +Battery Expansion™, etc.), along with other product names appearing on this website or in our materials, are trademarks of Nomadyn Inc. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks ("Marks") displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Nomadyn Inc. or their respective owners. Third-party logos or trademarks appearing on our website are used with permission or under license from their respective owners and are subject to their specific usage guidelines and restrictions. Any use of these third-party Marks without explicit written permission from their owners is strictly prohibited.
Proper Use of Our Trademarks When referring to our brand or products, use the marks as adjectives followed by a generic descriptor (e.g., "NOMADYN® gear," "NOMADYN® solutions," or "+Expansion™ modules"). Include the appropriate symbol (® for registered marks; ™ for others) at least on the first or most prominent mention. Do not use our marks as nouns, verbs, plurals, or descriptively in ways that could dilute their distinctiveness. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may violate applicable laws.
Patents NOMADYN holds patents that safeguard our innovative designs and technologies, reflecting our leadership in creating solutions for diverse industries. Issued Patents:

Copyrights and Other IP Beyond patents and trademarks, NOMADYN holds copyrights in various creative works, including software, product designs, photography, and marketing materials. We also protect our trade secrets through robust confidentiality measures and internal policies to ensure our proprietary information remains secure.
Protecting Our IP NOMADYN is dedicated to safeguarding its intellectual property. We proactively monitor for potential infringements and will take appropriate legal action to defend our rights.
To maintain our U.S. federal trademark registration, Nomadyn Inc. will file required maintenance documents with the USPTO, including Declarations of Use between the 5th–6th and 9th–10th years after registration, and renewal applications every 10 years thereafter.
