Q1: What is the Spring Kickoff Pre-Order Event?
Our Spring Kickoff Event lets you pre-order select NOMADYN mounts at special pricing before they are officially in stock. This event includes limited-time promotions, giveaways, and early access to our newest designs.
Q2: Which products are available for pre-order?
We have a variety of mounts available from our Base Mounts, to our Insight Mounts. Please see our Spring '26 Preorder Collection on our homepage.
Q3: How does the pre-order pricing work?
Each SKU is limited to 250 units at pre-order pricing to create urgency. Pre-order prices are locked in at checkout, and there will not be additional discounts beyond this event.
Q4: How do deposits and payment work?
You’ll pay a 50% deposit at checkout to reserve your order. The remaining balance will be automatically charged prior to shipping. By placing a pre-order, you authorize NOMADYN to charge your payment method for the full amount due.
Q5: What happens if I order multiple SKUs?
You’ll pay a single flat $15 shipping fee per order, regardless of the number of SKUs purchased. Each SKU will ship as it becomes available, but you’ll only pay shipping once.
Q6: When will my order ship?
Estimated fulfillment begins May 1st, 2026. Orders ship in the sequence they are received. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Please note that all dates are estimates and may be affected by production or logistics delays.
Q7: What if a SKU does not reach its minimum order quantity?
If a SKU does not reach its minimum required pre-orders, it may be canceled. In that case, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Q8: Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order ships, but please note that your 50% deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance that hasn’t been charged will not be collected.
Q9: Are there any giveaways or promotions?
Yes! Our event includes giveaways totaling over $2,000 in prizes. Promotions like free accessories may be tied to order sequence (e.g., first 250 pre-orders per SKU). Eligibility is determined by timestamp in our system. Some grand prizes require a purchase to enter.
Q10: What if my product is damaged in transit or defective?
All NOMADYN products are covered by our standard warranty and 1-year guarantee, which protects against defects in materials, workmanship, and finish. Products damaged in transit must be reported promptly. For details, see: nomadyn.com/pages/guarantee
Q11: Am I responsible for installation and safety?
Yes. You are responsible for proper installation and use of NOMADYN products according to the instructions. NOMADYN is not liable for injury, death, or property damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification.
