The SS3 is a 3-inch LED pod engineered to deliver precise, usable light from a small package. Designed for tight spaces, layered lighting setups, and modular systems like Insight Fusion, it extends your vision exactly where you need it—without wasted space, energy, or light.

This is small-scale lighting with purpose. Focused, controlled, and deliberate.

Optics That Work

At the core of the SS3 is a custom Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optic. Every lumen from the LED emitter is captured and directed precisely where it matters. The optic also serves as the main lens, reducing loss, glare, and inefficiency. The result: a clean, defined beam in a compact footprint.

Beam Patterns for Every Need

Each SS3 pattern is engineered with optical simulation to solve a specific challenge:

• SAE Driving – A narrow 18° × 8° beam for high-speed forward visibility. Extends reach without flooding the foreground.

• SAE Fog – Wide, low-mounted coverage using FineLine optics. Illuminates the road and edges in poor conditions, cutting through fog, rain, or snow.

• Flood – Uniform 60° × 60° spread. Ideal for low-speed navigation, camp lighting, or worksite illumination.

• Combo – A hybrid pattern merging distance and fill in a 65° × 25° rectangular beam. Perfect where one pod must do more.

• Spot – A tightly focused long-range beam for distance-focused applications. Precision over spread.

Power and Output

Pro – 36 watts of high-intensity output. 3000 lumens (White) 2700 lumens (Yellow)
Max – 38.5 watts, 3500 lumens.

Both versions share the same optical architecture, ensuring consistent integration and usability across multi-light systems.

Color and Backlighting

Available in white (6000K) or selective yellow (3000K) for contrast and clarity in all conditions. Optional integrated backlighting in amber or red illuminates the entire TIR optic, providing subtle visibility or signaling without clutter. Controlled simply through the included harness.

The SS3 integrates cleanly into any off-road setup or any multi-light configuration. Snap-on covers protect the lens without altering the design. Compact, lightweight, and engineered to fit in spaces where larger pods cannot.
