The +FLIR Expansion integrates the FLIR PathFindIR II, a professional‑grade thermal system rooted in military and industrial thermal imaging technology, directly into the NOMADYN Insight ecosystem—so you see beyond visible light, deep into darkness, fog, dust, and snow.

With traditional lighting, you may only see hundreds of feet ahead. PathFindIR II lets you detect heat signatures up to four times farther down the road than headlights alone, providing critical time to recognize people, animals, and obstacles that would otherwise remain hidden until it’s too late. It also incorporates automatic pedestrian and animal detection algorithms, giving you enhanced situational awareness in low‑visibility conditions.

+FLIR blends seamlessly with your Insight lights and stays looking clean in rugged conditions. Machined from aerospace‑grade 6061‑T6 aluminum with Type III hard coat anodizing and sealed with multiple silicone O‑rings, the +FLIR Expansion is weatherproof, corrosion‑resistant, and built for extremes. Lightweight yet robust, it thrives in harsh terrain and severe weather—delivering reliable thermal capability wherever the journey leads.
