Nomadyn 1-Year Guarantee & Limitations
Our products are backed by a 1-year warranty, ensuring reliable performance under normal off-road conditions. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not extend to damage resulting from the inherent risks and dangers associated with off-road activities. Additionally, Nomadyn is not liable for any accidents or damage caused by customer actions or driving.
Our Warranty Covers:
- Failure of materials
- Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
- Manufacturing defects
- Every item for up to 1 year from the date of purchase
Not Covered Under Our Warranty:
- Accidents (e.g., dropping from a height, vehicular & wildlife collisions)
- Chemical damage
- Environmental damage (e.g., fading)
- Damage caused by mishandling via shipping companies
- Extreme wear (e.g., pitting, road rash)
- Third-party alterations and customer alterations
- Using the item for purposes other than its intended use
- Abuse of the product
- Improper installation
- Factory seconds
- Disregard for product care instructions
Our warranty applies to all Nomadyn items purchased directly from Nomadyn or through an authorized Nomadyn retailer. It does not extend to second-hand purchases.
